IVO BALDARI

DIRECTOR

As IDB developments director, Ivo is responsible to manage over all operations of the design and development management across all the projects. He is driven and passionate about construction and worked as a qualified carpenter for over 15 years, he is highly experienced and put design inputs, value engineering and management throughout the feasibility, tender and during the construction period. 

Since founding IDB developments in 1999, Ivo has built a reputation as a highly skilled knowledgeable builder and Project Manager. He has established IDB as a reputable brand in the industry and is known for delivering the projects with high quality and integrity. Ivo has vast experience working on multiple projects from Malt House, Apartments, converting warehouses, commercial offices & outlets and building high end bespoke homes for some of Melbourne's most affluent families ranging between $1M to $5M.

While all this he manages to spend quality time with his family, wife Natalie and beautiful daughter. He loves surfing, motor sports and working on his collection of vintage cars, enjoys his downtime chilling with a beer brainstorming about his next project. 

HRIYDESH (RED)

PROJECT MANAGER

With a host of special talents behind him, Red brings a wealth of knowledge through his extensive experience in estimating, contract Administration and strategy & business development oversees future growth and diversification in IDB. Well-developed strong negotiation skills, excellent workflow scheduling, Red’s meticulous work ethic is tempered by a well-developed sense of humour. 

Backed up by Bachelor of Applied science in Construction management (Honours) and Advanced Diploma in Building Design (Architectural) from RMIT University and a Post graduate diploma in Marketing and has completed an accredited course by Australian Institute of Quantity surveyors (AIQS), all of this have equipped him to deliver an impeccable development on time and within budget. 

He is responsible for securing future works and has managed to create a well-developed and positive relationship within the industry which invariably ensures high value results. His conscientious approach to detail, informed and intellectual decision making with both clients and co-workers, along with an intent to improve processes and systems ensures quality outcomes every time. 

Red maintains a successful work/life balance watching sports, playing cricket, cooking, and exploring new places with his lovely partner, Manisha.  

DANIEL CUNSOLO

SITE MANAGER

Dan is an experienced and accomplished site manager with 21 years of residential and commercial construction project experience backed by certificate IV in Building and construction. 

He is a qualified carpenter and has in-depth knowledge of construction methods. During his tenure with PMC Enterprises as site foreman he has built projects for such as Kane constructions, Icon, and Probuild where he managed a wide range of commercial projects, Brimbank council library, Monash University (Caulfield), Melbourne University and high end residential projects ranging from $1M to $10M. 

Dan was associated with Prolifica building group before moving to IDB developments and he brings strong leadership skills and his attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem solving, and management skills allows him to effectively liaise with on-site trades. He is easy going, optimistic, a team player, his ability to work under pressure and is also an effective communicator established client relation skills which helps in delivering premium quality projects while ensuring project safety, quality control, cost and within time. 

A proud father and family man, Dan likes to be camping, fishing trips, and spending time with his wife, Alyin and lovely daughter. 

PHIL TULLEY

 SITE MANAGER

With 18 years working in the construction industry, Phil is an accomplished and experienced site manager and builder in his own right. He was a HIA finalist runner up in the custom build category $1mill-$1.5mill in 2020. Backed up by being a qualified carpenter and a DBU license and certificate IV in Construction. 

He has experience that ranges from large scale infrastructure and mining projects in Western Australia and Queensland to large scale multi residential projects in Victoria. His real passion for construction is working on high end bespoke homes. A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills along with being great at problem solving on site and building strong client relationships to deliver their project vision.

Phil is also an experienced townhouse developer and has been developing in his own right over the last 10 years. He is a car enthusiast, has a keen interest in real estate and loves snowboarding. Phil enjoys down time with family and friends and by spending time with his wife, Lucy, and daughter.

MARCUS SPAULDING

 SITE MANAGER

Marcus joins the team managing our Mornington Peninsula based projects, with over 15 years of construction experience behind him. 
Marcus has delivered high end residential projects ranging between $1 - $5 million dollars all while maintaining a strong client rapport, a high level of attention to details and solid management on-site with sub trades.

Good communion and foresight are what Marcus believes are critical to any build. 
Based down the Peninsula himself he has established a local knowledge and trade base that ensure synergy from design to completion. 

In his downtime Marcus enjoys a beer at the local footy, taking his son and daughter surfing or enjoying a nice glass at a local winery with his wife Bianca.

ANDREW MICHELON

 SITE MANAGER

Andrew has been a qualified carpenter for 35 years; he also has a vast amount of experience in Site management. He has worked in the hi end construction industry for over 25 years, predominately working with clients in the residential sector.

SIMON HARRIS

 FOREMAN

Simon has been a qualified bricklayer for 25 years; he also has a vast amount of experience in carpentry. He has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, predominately working with clients in the residential and domestic sector. 
 
After working for various construction companies, he soon progressed to a Working Foreman, gaining extensive experience overseeing a wide range of projects and managing both employed and subcontractor trades. He then ran his own general construction company in the UK specializing in renovation and extension projects for 14 years, before relocating to Melbourne in February 2020. Before joining IDB in 2021, he worked on emergency and renovation projects across Melbourne. 
 
His experience has meant that he has gained multiple skills including leadership, project management, problem solving and client relationship management. He has high standards of workmanship, which results in fine attention to detail, he is approachable, fair and takes a measured, reasoned view to decision making.  
 
In IDB Simon utilizes his skills and experience by partnering with all our site supervisors, across multiple projects. He is often hands on to help support delivery of the program. 
 
Simon is a family man, with a wife and 3 sons. He enjoys his down time fishing, photography, and spending time at the beach.

MWIYA SIAKALIMA

 CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mwiya is detail-oriented CFO with over 20+ years of experience across multiple industries including the construction industry. He is dedicated to helping companies navigate financial growth through cost control initiatives and introduction of new revenue sources and financial planning.  

He is chartered accountant and highly skilled in finance and leading teams. 


COLLEEN COLLINS

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Colleen joins the team as our Accounts Manager. She has over 30 years of experience in various small-scale corporate offices and is an experienced office all-rounder.

Backed by a certificate IV in Financial and accounting management, colleen has worked across several manager positions.
